Santa Barbara IT Solutions will attempt to diagnose your device problem, estimate applicable service fees, and provide you with a professional repair solution in our home office or your business location.
You understand and agree that before contacting or allowing Santa Barbara IT Solutions to perform diagnostic repair or other services on your PC, Mac, Server, Printer, iPhone, or another electronic device. Your responsibility is to back up the data, software, information, or other files stored on your computer disks, drives, or phone cards. You acknowledge and agree that Santa Barbara IT Solutions shall not be responsible for any loss or corruption of data and software. This applies to devices in our control (e.g., in for repair or evaluation) or those not in our control.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS; LIABILITY
(a) LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE: SANTA BARBARA IT SOLUTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL REQUESTED SERVICES AND INSTEAD REFUND YOUR PAYMENT, WHOLLY OR IN PART, ON THE BASIS THAT YOUR TECHNICAL NEEDS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE UNUSUAL OR EXTENSIVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY SANTA BARBARA IT SOLUTIONS.
(b) FORCE MAJEURE: If Santa Barbara IT Solutions' ability to perform services is impaired by you or circumstances beyond the control of Santa Barbara IT Solutions, We may choose not to provide or to discontinue services.
(c) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the extent permitted by law, you agree that Santa Barbara IT Solutions' total liability for damages related to its services is limited to the total amount you pay for the repair/service, and you release Santa Barbara IT Solutions from liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. SANTA BARBARA IT SOLUTIONS IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR PC, M.A.C., SERVER, IPHONE, OR OTHER PRODUCT.
If you are unsatisfied with the services received from Santa Barbara IT Solutions, please call 805-232-4107 for resolution. We warrant our repairs for 90 days following the date of repair. If there is a problem with the service provided by Santa Barbara IT Solutions and if you notify us within the warranty period, we will work to remedy your problem quickly and at no additional cost other than shipping and handling.
The prices of our parts, services, shipping, etc., may increase or decrease over time. We are not responsible for reimbursing the difference in any price changes resulting from a sales promotion or for any other reason at any time.
CALIFORNIA SALES TAX
Unless you are exempt, sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to California or placed within our store.

INCORRECT OR PARTIAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We will reship the package using the same shipping method and charge the customer again for the original shipping price. Sometimes, an updated or alternate address is required to re-ship a package. Suppose no reply is made from the customer after thirty (30) days from the original contract date to inform the customer of a returned package. In that case, we will assume the customer no longer wants the package, and it will then become the possession of Santa Barbara IT Solutions.
